GETTING READY TO CELEBRATE!!

It's hard to believe that Christmas has crept up so quickly and the Sassers have already started theirs in full swing with Matt's mom and that part of his family. You MUST take a bit to check out their blog about riding The Polar Express. YES! They did! I only wish I could have been there to see Dean getting his ticket punched since he really thinks he's the little boy in the movie. 

I guess as you get older, Christmas begins to take on new meaning every year. This year especially, we're all just looking forward to time together at Mimi and Pop's house this weekend. It has been a long year, and who knew this time last year we would all be more spread out. It's just more and more evident to me how SOVEREIGN our Lord is and how he has a perfect plan for us all even when we think it should be our way. 

Just this year, The Rawsons sold their house in Greenwood (YEA!!!) and moved to Kosciusko, The Sassers have moved from Kosciusko to Caledonia (trying to sell their KO house), and The Berrys ... we've actually lived in our little cottage for a full year now and have a BABY on the way! Mom and Dad are seeing God work in their lives just as much if not more than all of us as the plant has made such a different turn than we expected. What a year and what a blessing that we are all taken care of and cherishing our time together more and more each time we get it!

I hope as you begin to gather with your families and spend this time with them, you will experience peace and the joy of the love a family shares. There truly is nothing like it! God is good and who knows what the next year will hold! But today is fleeting and tomorrow is just another blessing. Thank God for family!
