A LITTLE SOMETHING ...

As you can tell, everyone is a little busier these days. Of course, this week is spring break. So, Melanie and the kids are at the river with Matt's mom (Melanie's favorite place to go - a little freedom with a babysitter on hand and the beach is so close) and Julie and her kids are enjoying being at home. Truett and I have been getting to know each other a little better every day and it's amazing how that really does happen! He's such a bundle of joy and fun to watch as he gets a little chubbier every day. 

We have all been so blessed beyond our wildest dreams and I'm so thankful to be a part of such a purpose-driven family. Mom and Dad are moving into a new chapter of their lives, Matt is almost done with tax season, Steve is almost out of the woods on therapy from his ACL surgery (only one more month), and The Berrys are trying to figure out how to make Blue (our golden retriever) feel a part of the family again! (HA! - how trivial!) Of course, there is a lot more going on with all of us that it would take forever to cover it all, but the bottom line is, WOW! Thank you Lord for this life you have given us where all we need is you and when we have you and abide and you and you in us, you make our path seem so much straighter! My prayer for us all is that when we see his direction, that we would follow it and never doubt it's the right way! For we all know that his ways are higher than ours!!! God is good!
